Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the guest

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date: full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made 15–30 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is retained.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: the full deposit is retained.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@panoramaprogled.com.

Cancellation by Panorama Progled

In the event of cancellation by Panorama Progled due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, technical issues, etc.), a full refund of the deposit will be issued within 7 business days.

Panorama Progled is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest as a result of such cancellation.

Modifications

Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days before the original arrival date.
