General Terms

1. Subject

These General Terms govern the relationship between PROGLED – RODOPI EOOD and clients using the services of Panorama Progled – a guest house in the village of Progled, Rhodopes.

2. Reservations

A reservation is considered confirmed upon payment of a deposit in the amount agreed at the time of booking.

The Company reserves the right to decline a reservation without stating a reason.

3. Check-in and check-out

Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: by 12:00.

If you are unable to meet these times, please notify us in advance.

4. Guest obligations

Guests are obliged to maintain order and quiet, not to cause damage to the property, and to leave the premises in the same condition.

In the event of damage, guests are liable for full compensation.

5. Liability

The Company is not liable for personal belongings left on the premises.

The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure.

6. Governing law

Matters not covered herein are governed by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
